Had a great Christmas experience with fantastic breakfast and a cozy atmosphere. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. One of the best aspects was the garden, where we enjoyed sitting in the evening and relaxing, which gave us a sense of serenity.

The lack of sunshine in the garden in the afternoon was a bit disappointing. the furnishings were a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

Located very close to the center of Stellenboch (walking distance). Nice garden and very easy to find.

Centrally located just a road away from the main centre of Stellenbosch. It was safe to walk out in the evening to have dinner from a good selection of restaurants. Welcoming and comfortable with a good breakfast provided. Lovely house of Cape Dutch design with pretty gardens and pool (for warmer weather).

Explored nearby vineyards, chilled in the plunge pool, and enjoyed daily English breakfast. I even managed to read a newspaper by the indoor fireplace. So posh!

Oh, such a hassle to have to unplug the fridge just to make a cup of tea. Really, who needs a fridge when you have a kettle?

Excellent accomodation at a reasonable price. Very charming and helpful hostess; quite attractive and quiet room. Recommendation to an excellent nearby restaurant. Good breakfast. Hard to imagine a better choice for an overnight stat when visiting the wine country

The shower could have been stronger

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely lodge in Stellenbosch. The hotel is located near the city center, making it convenient yet peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there was one aspect that could be improved upon. The room I was assigned to was a bit old-fashioned, without any view.

Just Joey is warm and welcoming, the staff are relaxed, friendly and efficient. The rooms are restful, pretty and provide all you need plus the extras. Breakfast is delicious and eating on the patio adds to the ambiance. The garden is relaxing, the location safe and peaceful and I just love going there. Thank you Just Joey
